Overview: El pacto presenta a Mónica, una mujer triunfadora que dedica su vida al diseño de las joyas de éxito, y que está casada con un agente de policía llamado Álex con el que tiene a Clara, la hija de ambos. Esta apacible vida se ve un tanto perturbada cuando la niña entra en un coma profundo e inexplicable que deriva en una extraña enfermedad. Los expertos ven complicado que la niña supere la enfermedad, por lo que sugieren a sus progenitores desconectarla y que, de este modo, abandone el mundo de los vivos. En medio de esta complicada situación, aparece una misteriosa mujer que afirma poder curar a Clara con una extraña piedra. Milagrosamente, Clara se recupera y vuelve a la vida, lo que hace muy feliz a Mónica. La extraña mujer revela a Mónica que su milagro tiene un precio: ella tendrá que entregar dos vidas, las que sean.
